The color of anthocyanins varies greatly with pH, from a shade of red under acidic conditions to a shade of blue under basic conditions, making tea visually pleasing. (*Depends on water hardness) Yuzu Sun Rouge tea is a blend of Sun Rouge and Yuzu grown without pesticides.
