    DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

    teacoodonline ships to Italy and throughout the European Union (excluding Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino).

    Deliveries are made exclusively to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase.

    Estimated delivery times:
    - ITALY: Delivery is generally made within 2 - 4 business days from the shipment date.
    - EUROPEAN UNION: Standard delivery is expected within 4 - 7 business days from the shipment date.

    In any case, delivery will take place within a maximum period of 30 days from the order confirmation date.

    If delivery is not possible due to the recipient's absence, the order will be sent to the depot. In this event, the carrier will leave a notice specifying the location of the parcel and instructions on how to arrange a new delivery.

    If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to teacoodonline after 30 days from when the order is available for delivery, the contract will be deemed terminated. In this case, amounts paid will be refunded (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of termination. Any additional transport costs arising from termination will be borne by the buyer.

    Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are clearly calculated and displayed during checkout.


    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

    In accordance with applicable legal provisions (Consumer Code), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the products.

    In the case of multiple items ordered together but delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the date the last product is received.

    How to exercise withdrawal:
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send an explicit notification including the order number and personal details via email to:
    support@teacood.com (or info@teacood.com)

    Returning the goods:
    Goods must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, complete in all parts and with attached fiscal documentation, to the return address provided by our customer support upon confirmation of the request.

    Direct costs for returning the goods are borne by the user.

    Refund timing and methods:
    Subject to verifying the condition of the returned goods, teacoodonline will refund the amount paid for the returned products within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
    teacoodonline may withhold the refund until the goods are actually received or until the buyer provides proof of having returned the items.

    Refunds will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during purchase (in the case of bank transfer, the buyer must provide IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details).

    Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to products or services falling under the exclusion categories provided by law (e.g., custom-made or clearly personalized goods).
