The result is a vibrant green color, a rich aroma, and a naturally sweet, velvety taste.
100% natural and certified according to the highest sustainable agriculture standards. Ideal for traditional tea ceremonies, Matcha Lattes, and fine confectionery.
Product Highlights
- The Excellence of Chiran (Kagoshima): Cultivated in one of Japan's most prestigious tea-growing regions, this tea thrives in fertile, mineral-rich volcanic soil. This unique microclimate imparts a rich, smooth flavor completely free of bitterness.
- Traditional Stone Grinding: Leaves are ground into an ultra-fine powder using ancient granite stone mills. This slow process prevents heat buildup, fully preserving delicate antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins, and amino acids (L-theanine).
- Fully Traceable Supply Chain: Every step—from shading the plants to harvesting and packaging—strictly follows safety protocols to guarantee peak freshness and absolute purity.
- Versatile Superfood: Exceptionally smooth for pure traditional preparation (Usucha or Koicha), yet powerful enough to elevate creamy Matcha Lattes, smoothies, ice cream, and gourmet pastries.
