Cold brew ideas
Cold-brew makes a tea tastier with Umami less astringent.
With glass teapot / filter in bottle
Ideal for infusion with tea leaves
To admire the opening of the tea leaves
1. Pour the required amount of tea leaves into the teapot
<Without ice>
- Pour cold mineral water into the teapot
<With ice>
- Put some ice cubes, then pour in the mineral water
3. Serve with the mawashi tsughi in the glass cups
With the glass bottle
Ideal for tea bags / tea sticks
A very simple way of brewing
1. Pour the mineral water into the bottle
2. Dip the tea bag into the bottle
3. Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours
<Good to know>
The tea leaves using "Ocha Pack" are transformed immediately into tea bags, you can dose quantities of the leaves.
With my glass bottle
Ideal for stick / tea bags
In seconds it is ready to drink (for stick tea)
1. Pour the mineral water 1/3 of the bottle
2. Pour in the stick tea
3. Shake the bottle for a few seconds
4. Add mineral water to fill the bottle,
(You can add some ice cubes to make it colder.)
